Gi:ta Jayanthi celebrated with devotion

With the divine blessings and encourgement from HH Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Chinna SreemannarayanaRamanuja Jeeyar Swamiji, JET Australia Perth Chapter celebrated this year Gita Jayanti for the firsttime by chanting Srimad Bhagawad Gita collectively on 10th December, 2011, Saturday.

sriman Prasanth Nallan, JET Coordinator-Perth Chapter made all efforts to bring together all the interesteddevotees to chant the 700 slokas of Srimad Bhagawad Gita.Sriman Laxman Gadiraju’s houseturned into a holy shrine with chantings of ‘Jai Srimannarayana’ on the auspicious day.

The event started at 09.00am with Sri Krishna Astottaram. The day being the ‘Rohini’ nakshatram, which isthe monthly birth star of Sri Krishna, all felt very happy to have such a wonderful day for the Gitaparayana. With a brief introduction about each chapter by Sriman Sreedhar Acharya, the chantingof all 700 slokas was done, chapter by chapter in a smooth and authentic way following the audio ofHH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji.

with support of JET coordinators from other chapters event has been performed with devotion and sanctity.
Everyone felt very much blessed, as they could complete the parayana of Srimad Bhagawad Gita,which was a dream for them to read all the chapters, and felt the presence of Swamiji too with theaudio. The parayana was concluded at 2.00 pm with Mangalasasanam, lighting oil lamps and prayingfor World Peace followed by prasadam to all devotees.

Sri Srinivasa Kalyanam revitalize JET Perth vedic momentum

Perth Chapter with the blessings from Sri Swamiji were able to celebrate Sri Srinivasa Kalyanam on 5th November 2011, under the guidance of our renowned priest SrimanHrishikesh Bhattar swamy (Sydney) with the help of Sriman Prakash Ji from Melbourne andSriman Sreedhar Ji from Perth. Event was initiated by Sriman Satya Ji and coordinated bymany volunteers from Perth.
